1. How to subscribe to premium features?

Please purchase and activate the subscription via Apple App Store within the app. Follow the prompts for the desired features to complete the purchase process.

2. What to do if the app won't start or crashes?

3. My subscription is not active. What should I do?

Ensure you are using the same Apple ID as during purchase and check the RevenueCat receipt status. If the issue remains, contact our support team with your order number.

4. Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, as long as you are logged in with the same Apple ID on all devices, the subscription will work across them.

5. How to cancel my subscription?

  1. Open Settings > Tap your name > Media & Purchases > View Account
  2. Locate the Subscriptions section and select BeatTempo subscription
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
